You will be required to take on a mentoring role from day one.

Once you have proved yourself and continued your track record there is a very real opportunity for progression up the ranks with in this Ltd Company.

You will have a degree in quantity surveying, cost management or economics and have gained your chartership with the RICS.

It is expected that you are highly numerate.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to write brief but well informed management reports.
