The project you will be working on are Planned Maintenance Division, regeneration, Social Housing Partnering Schemes, planned Maintenance &amp; Associated Building Works and large Estate based regeneration projects XRDs. You will be responsible for all the commercial aspects of projects from appraisal and validation of subcontractor applications.  You will be responsible for cost Valuation Reporting, submission &amp; negotiations of Final Accounts.  You have a recognised qualification in building. Experience in planned and cyclical maintenance/refurbishment projects is essential.
