Leading independent practice of chartered surveyors and property consultants with offices nationwide are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to step up to Associate status within a short time-frame within the Building Consultancy division. Combining local market knowledge with a thorough understanding of the property industry, providing a complete service to ensure our clients receive forward thinking, effective advice to meet their business objectives. The Building Consultancy
operates throughout the UK and provide high quality advice and services to clients on all forms of built property, including development appraisals, design and project management of new buildings. You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with private practice / consultancy and ideally commercially bias and be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
• Due diligence reporting
• Monitoring developments for funds
• Surveys for insurance
• Planned maintenance
• Schedules of condition
• Dilapidations
• Professional Work
• Project Management
• Architecture
• Construction Monitoring
• Design & Contract Administration
• Cost Consultancy
