Our client just north of London is looking for a newly RICS qualified surveyor to help out within their property management team who manage a rent roll of over £15m covering office industrial and retail premises. You will be dealing with leases, reviews, dilapidations and service charges. The portfolio is throughout London and the South East although there will be some travel North of London involved
