A vacancy has arisen for a graduate surveyor to be based at our head office in Maidenhead. Kempton Carr Croft are an expanding firm of chartered surveyors with offices in East Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire and Hampshire. The firm undertake a wide range of professional work including commercial property management, commercial agency, building surveying, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
The successful applicant will be given full training to assist in completing their APC and their areas of responsibility will include assisting with commercial property management, commercial agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
