Davis Langdon provides managed solutions for clients investing in infrastructure, property and construction. The world’s leading project and cost consultancy, we focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients on projects around the globe from the Eden Project in Cornwall to the Olympic Stadium in Bejing.
Our business performance continues to improve year on year, and we were recently voted ‘Top International Cost Consultant’ in the Building Design/World Architecture poll for the 14th successive year. We are justifiably proud of our achievements, and know our success is down to our talented, committed people. As such, we put developing their potential right at the heart of core ideology, and can offer outstanding opportunities for personal and professional growth if you are seeking a career in the construction sector.
Though innovation, integrity and collaboration are key to our success, we place equal value on developing the talents of our people. An ‘Investor in People’, this year we were listed 29th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For – we were the only project and cost management consultancy to be included in the top 40.

Our Graduate Development Programme
Our industry-leading graduate development programme is tailored to provide you with all the skills you’ll need to turn your career aspirations into reality. Over the two year programme, you’ll spend time at Aston Business School in Birmingham building professional, technical and personal skills training, and undertaking interactive workshops to complement your work in the office. It’s a formula that’s clearly working: we won a National Training Award in 2005 and our development programme has been recognised by the RICS as the ‘benchmark that other firms aspire to’.
The support we offer isn’t limited to the academic – we make sure help and advice is available whenever you need it through a supervisor or counsellor as you prepare for your professional qualifications. Furthermore, being at the forefront of thought leadership in our sector, we ensure that you’ll have access to cutting-edge ideas and the best resources, providing you with the tools to tackle even the most complex problems.
Best of all, the training and support doesn’t finish when you complete your programme. With a culture which celebrates people and a company-wide commitment to fostering talent, you can look forward to real opportunities for professional development – we’ll always ensure you have the skills you need to move on up through the firm. After all, many of our senior leaders started with us as graduates.
