Associate Project Manager

A prolific opportunity for an associate project manager to join an independent consultancy, in London, whose service offerings cover project and cost management, procurement, advisory and technical due diligence.

About the client; 

Founded by a set of highly influential ex-Partners from a leading consultancy decided to break away and carve out a niche position for themselves with some fantastic clients. Since inception the client has taken the market by storm and grown from four Directors to sixty people. Their clients cover BTR, PRS, private residential, student accommodation and mixed-use, residential led schemes. Typically, projects are valued from £10m to £250m.

As an associate project manager, you will be responsible for taking control of up to 3  significant projects, managing internal resource and mentoring more junior team members. You will also take ownership of client relationships, nurturing and developing pipeline of work and help in pitching for new instructions.

About you;

You will have a degree or higher in a construction related subject and be professionally qualified. Ideally you will be used to running mid to high value projects and looking to work on more interesting and complex schemes. You will be well versed in delivery experience, the management of a team and business development. Having experience in the aforementioned sectors is desirable.
