Senior Quantity Surveyor
PQS / Consultancy - Cambridge - Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor Consultancy firm based in Cambridge are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that can bring business with him, hit the ground running and take on the running of projects.
They offer construction cost management services across a number of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure. Currently they have projects ranging from £100k to £5m build cost on their books but can deliver projects up to £50m.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
Providing cost reports, valuations and liaisons with the end client, this is an exciting diverse
opportunity for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor.
In Return:
- £60,000 - £70,000
- 25 days annual leave
- Profit Share Scheme
Essential:
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- MRICS
