Head of Programme

A leading mixed-use developer is looking for a Head of Programme to help deliver an ambitious development plan. Key responsibilities include; develop and maintain a strategic master programme for the development, producing reports on progress and providing support across the business on individual project works programmes; contribute to the Land & Programme team's day to day activities responsible for independently delivery and leading internal resource and setting a professional standard; develop and maintain the master programme for the development, coordinating activities and interdependence's during the 15yr life of the development; work to coordinate interface between infrastructure, design & planning, finance and land teams promoting a collaborative environment focused on realising optimum value; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including third-party liaison, plot developers, agents and contractors and consultants to facilitate the supply and delivery of the development. You will have a track record of managing and maintaining agreed project plans and detailed stage plans in conjunction with delivery partners. As well as strong evidence of commercial skills with proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts to deliver outcomes and drive value for money.
