A prolific opportunity for a senior project manager to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Essex.

About the client; 

Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy who operate within the real estate sector. Their main service offerings cover project management, cost management, building surveying with additional services covering party wall and due diligence. Typically, their clients are private residential developers, financial institutions, charities, universities and colleges and pharmaceutical. Project values range from £2m to £150m.

As a senior project manager, you will initially be responsible for delivery of a healthcare project where you will pick this up from post-contract. Once you have settled in to the business you will pick up work across the aforementioned sectors allowing you to diversify your project experience.

About you;

You will have prior experience within the residential, commercial, education and/or healthcare sectors and will be joining a client-focused team within the Essex office. You will have a construction or related degree and ideally be chartered. It is desirable that you have a minimum of eight years’ consultancy project management experience. You will also have a proven track record of working successfully within a team and managing smaller valued projects.
