Job Details
Our client is a specialist retail and leisure consultancy based in Central London. They have an immediate requirement for a Head of Disposals to oversee a team of 4 agents and will be responsible for disposals of a growing portfolio of A1, A2, A3 and retail assets.
About the Role
- Recruit, manage, lead and train a team of Agents
- Working with colleagues across all divisions to identify potential buyers from their existing extensive client database
- Formulating and executing marketing strategies for each sale or letting
- Appraising and conducting due-diligence on potential acquirers and their financing
- Creating sales memoranda
- Carrying out desktop valuations
- Assessing optimum sale conditions have been created through asset management strategies
- Overseeing each disposal process through to completion
About you
You are a born deal maker who brings together a solid understanding of property fundamentals, combined with a network of contacts and deal sheet to underpin your most recent transactions.
- Min. 8 years' experience in acquisitions and disposals
- Proven track record of leasing and disposing of restaurants, pubs/bars and retail assets (deal sheet required)
- Have advised on improving asset values through active management and tenant engineering and on the letting of new developments
- A strong entrepreneurial flair and hunger for success
- A self-motivated team player
- Be consistent, trustworthy and demonstrate true integrity
- Provide a professional, competent, effective and ethical service to their clients
- MRICS (preferable but not essential)
