A terrific opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join a top 20, property and construction consultancy.

About the client:

The business is one of the best in class in the Birmingham area, working across all market sectors across the UK and around the world. The team is 40 strong split across project management and building consultancy services. Their clients range from developers, institutions, private clients and public bodies.  

One of your first projects will be leading a large and prestigious development within the healthcare and research sector, valued circa £30m.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded consultancy where you will be given the chance to progress into a director/partners position, commensurate to the work you put in.

About you:

You will have a construction related degree and ideally be MRICS or be a member of another professional body. You will have experience of successfully taking mid to high valued projects from inception through to completion, and you must have previous experience within a consultancy.

Project values can range from £1 million up to £300 million so it’s essential that you have experience delivering projects within these values. You must have the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships including business development.

Compensation:

Base salary circa £65,000
