Liverpool Hope University’s Estates Department is responsible for providing a wide range of essential services effectively managing, maintaining and developing the University’s buildings and grounds. These services make a significant contribution to the University and the student experience.

We now want to recruit a suitably qualified Estates Graduate Building Surveyor to work within the capital project team undertaking estate management work including the planning and organisation of minor work projects from inception-to-completion and assisting with the management of major capital projects. The successful candidate will provide appropriate procurement design solutions and CAD support to the Estates team, should have excellent project management skills and be used to working to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
