Building Surveyor at Surveyor or Senior Level

Chartered Building Surveyor required for established Property Consultancy in Leeds.

The Role:

Working in a small team of Surveyors, you will be responsible for all general surveying duties with a focus on professional work including: Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters, Building Surveying Reports, and Measured Surveys.

This role will offer a vast amount of autonomy whilst you also work on projects ensuring they are completed on budget and to schedule.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment
