The team have a broad portfolio of retail and commercial properties in Bristol and the surrounding areas. The Property Management Senior Surveyor's role will be built around the successful candidate, their specialisms and experience.

- Full responsibility for your own portfolio of properties
- Effectively managing client relationships
- Conducting site inspections
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service
- Supporting the management of out-of-hours contracts

Profile

Surveyor or Senior Surveyor experience with Retail or Commercial Surveying or Real Estate and Property Management preferred.

Ideally a Chartered MRICS surveyor.
