£45,000 - £50,000 basic per annum.

Blayze Group is currently looking for a corporate real estate surveyor to join a highly successful corporate real estate team in London. Our client, one of the most respected names in the industry have a requirement for a senior surveyor or associate to join their team. Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified with previous experience gained working in a private practice environment.

This is a strategic level role where you will be managing corporate occupier's portfolios. Some of the clients you will be working closely with are blue-chip clients who have large and complex portfolios. On a day-to-day basis you will be advising clients on acquisition and dispoal, asset management, development, L&T, valuation, and estates strategy advice.
