Project Manager | Bank Fit-Out

Oyster Partnership have been instructed by one of our clients to find an experienced Bank Fit-Out Project Manager within our client's successful, and well established Project Management team.

You will be seconded into a major bank in the heart of London.

The Role

• To deliver high value, high profile projects in Central London.
• You will have full cradle to grave project experience i.e. feasibility to project completion (on numerous projects at one time).
• Effective management of design teams
• To lead the CAT A and CAT B fit-out on one of the world's most iconic banks

The Candidate

• Experience of dealing and managing with complex third party issues
• Ideally experienced within Bank Fit-Out or Office Fit-Out
• In-depth knowledge of planning legislation and proven track record of planning approvals and discharge i.e. pre and post planning experience on one single project.
• Procurement strategy advice and well versed in recommending appropriate procurement routes based on a client's brief and project drivers.
• Experience of working with heavily commercially driven clients
• Operating at Senior level or above
