My Client is keen to appoint a commercially minded professional interested in becoming a part of a fast growing property business dedicated to providing luxury apartments primarily for first time buyers. Candidates will have a minimum of 7 years' experience, obtained APC or other relevant recognised qualifications and may have previously worked for private equity firms, capital investment teams, or another property developer.

Client Details

Our client is a Family office who specialise in the acquisition of Mixed Use Brown/Greenfield sites and Develops Boutique residential units up to 500. They are London & South East focused and are looking for a Senior Development Analyst/Manager to join their team at a critical point in the companies growth.

Description

  • Should be fluent in Excel modelling, with excellent experience in real estate feasibility studies / development appraisals as well as development models for the production of bank funding appraisals
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
  • Provide early stage advice to the Asset Management team as to cost, time and practicalities for new projects and larger works to the existing estate;
  • Actively input to the process to obtain consents, structure deals, review costs and returns;
  • Build and maintain cost plans for projects, modelling cash flows (including financing costs) tailored to each project and deal structure;
  • Ensure information flows are maintained, with regular reporting to senior management and liaison with internal stakeholders;
  • Organise and lead the process to obtain all necessary internal stakeholder consents, as well as driving external teams to achieve milestones to programme;
  • Monitoring of external teams to deliver all stages of the project in a timely manner and to budget
