Your new role
You will work as a development surveyor in the planning and development department, providing development consultancy services. You will work across various classes of land and property producing reports, undertaking market based appraisal work, and making recommendations based on research. You will carry out feasibility studies, assessments, and produce business cases for funding applications. You will have involvement with the delivery of projects, from conception and planning, through to developer procurement, and provide strategic advice.

What you'll need to succeed
You could be at APC level, up to Senior Surveyor level, as this organisation could accommodate a different level of skills and experience depending on the individual. You should have expertise gained in a land and property team ideally, and with providing development advice. You will be already MRICS status in commercial property or planning and development, or on the path of your APC.
