You’ll oversee the progress of some of these incredibly diverse, prestigious and often large-scale projects from start to finish.

Your role will involve: 

• Realising the potential for commercial property development at Heathrow       
• Developing a non-terminal commercial masterplan to maximise commercial development opportunities outside of our Terminal buildings, including opportunities within our expanded airport boundary    
• Evaluating development opportunities and creating compelling business cases
• Negotiating development agreements and agreements for lease

We’re looking for people who have: 

• Established experience and a track record of creating and delivering Commercial Development projects and constructing business cases
• Proven experience in Surveying, and are qualified as a Chartered Surveyor or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in leadership with the ability to inspire and develop trust and commitment from others
• Ability to recognise new property development schemes that would benefit the company
• A good understanding of rating principles and legislation
