Job Details
A public sector client based in a beautiful location is looking for an experienced Commercial Estates Surveyor to join the team for 12 months.
The Role:
You will be managing the organisations commercial assets, including some large industrial sites. You will carry out rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, marketing vacant properties, negotiating lease terms, rent arrears recovery, and lease enforcement.
This role will be project based across the year and will involve undertaking acquisitions to increase revenue.

About You:
- Ideally you will be MRICS and/or hold a relevant degree
- It is preferred if you have undertaken an estate management role
- You will be at an advantage if you are a registered valuer
