A fantastic opportunity has been created for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a highly successful Building Consultancy team in London.
This position is a key appointment to the team, which is currently a handful strong. The greater division is circa 50 strong and made up of building surveyors and project managers. The business has a strong national network of offices and this division has good regional coverage.
This Partnership is one of the more prolific players in the market, they promote their staff on value added rather than time served, operate a three-tier partnership that inclusive rather than exclusive, so if you are looking to get on and make a difference then there are few who can compete.
About the Role
Sectors that they work within include commercial, agriculture, education, distribution, logistics and residential.
The workload you’ll encompass consists of diversity and challenges, which in turn should eliminate tedium within this role. You’ll be expected to deliver contract administration and project work up to £2 million in value, through to schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
You will be heavily engaged with the clients and will also play an important part in helping grow this division.
The suitable candidate will hold a RICS accredited degree, Chartered with commercial acumen. You will have experience in managing projects and have come from a consultancy or private practice. The team is looking for somebody personality, flare, and drive, who is looking to grow within a privately owned business, where there are no limits to your progression and compensation.
