Responsive Repairs Building Surveyor job, home based across Yorkshire. Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, York
This job is a temporary role for 3 months minimum, as a Repairs Surveyor, home based, across Yorkshire.
You will take instructions from the contact centre for a repair, undertake inspection using the Schedule of Rates, put specifications together and instruct the contractors to carry out repairs.
Interaction with customers is key and you will need excellent customer service skills.
Post inspections will be a key part of this role, as you will need to double check works are carried out correctly and to suitable standard.
Experience in housing as building surveyor or repairs surveyor essential.
The role is agile so you will work from home, and travel to the properties. You will be paid 45p per mile, and all travel time is paid at standard hourly rate as well. Hourly rate is £20.00 per hour.
