About the company:

This company is a multi-disciplinary consultancy of chartered surveyors and construction consultants that strives to provide their clients with the best service within the residential, education, commercial, and leisure sectors.  They work on a number of the capitals largest residential projects both housing association and private residential, along with education projects, religious buildings and commercial projects as well.

About the Building Surveyor role:

They are now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who has experience working on large new build housing association projects.  Other project sectors is an advantage but not essential.

The role:

Surveys and inspections, feasibility studies, specifications of work, design meetings, employers agent, contract admin, and party wall.

Skills needed for the Building Surveyor:

·Essential that you are RICS qualified

·Essential that you have large new build residential experience

·Essential that you are well presented and client facing.
