Senior Building Control Surveyor
London, Liverpool Street
Up to £60,000 plus car allowance and package
Capstone are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional practice based in Liverpool Street seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor. This small consultancy is seeking an expert individual to carry out residential and commercial surveys.
This would be a great opportunity for someone perhaps based on the outskirts of London or someone seeking flexibility to work from home for a significant portion of the week.
About the role:
- Covering inspections in and around the South East, including London, Surrey, Essex, Kent, East Sussex.
- Carrying out building regulations approvals on residential and commercial projects.
- Carry out design reviews on a regular basis.
- Assist in business development.
- Conducting inspections and audits for warranty providers.
About you:
- Ideally MRICS, MCABE or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Self-motivated and driven
- A regular and loyal client base that could follow (desirable).
