Are you looking for a new challenge for 2019?
A Local Authority in East Anglia is searching for a Development Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting time to get on board as there are plenty new developments for you to get involved in.
Responsible For:
- Leading on residential & mixed-use developments.
- Project managed schemes from inception through to completion of a range of projects.
- Identifying sites, opportunities and mitigating risk via appraisals.
- Managing project budgets on this multi-million pound project.
- Negotiate in development of complex sites including CPO and valuations.
Please note, CPO experience in a LA environment is essential for this role.
