Project Manager (Construction)

A local Authority based in Berkshire are currently seeking an outstanding Project Manager to work on large scale contruction projects with a budget of up to a £100m.

About the role

The project is high rise apartments and the required candidate will need experience with;

• Large High rise projects experience
• Brick, cladding & curtainwall experience
• Experience with hard & soft landscaping
• This is a challenging project and the successful candidate must have experience managing teams and be confident they can successfully complete the project as number 1 on site

The project manager will be comfortable working with multiple projects and will bring positivity, enthusiasm and a self driven approach to get things done. The project Manager will understand the need for flexibility within this role and will possess a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. This is essential as the Project Manager will work with a number of partners including External consultants, Main Contractor & FF&E Contractors, Landlords, Developers, Local Authority Officers and Suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

• RICS or CIOB Qualified
• Experience of working with projects up to 100m
• Strong private sector backgroud
• Strong experience of working with large scale construction project

What you'll get in return

• You will be offered a day rate of £400-600 per hour, depending on your experience, for a 12 month contract.
