A very successful residential property company are looking to recruit an individual to help grow their client base. The core of this business is providing property and asset management solutions for which the business have an established track record of increasing returns to clients upwards of 30%. The business will also co- invest with their clients for larger asset management initiatives such as refurbishments and development projects. The clients are Landlords with portfolios primarily within the M25 and central London who are either private or PRS investors. Your role will be to upsell a range of services to existing clients as well as identifying and securing new clients for the business. The salary and commission structure are negotiable depending on your level of experience and the extent of your network. This business has grown organically at a staggering rate and now they want to proactively see how far they can expand. They are an established team of very talented individuals who need someone who can add value to the team but be able to work off their own initiative.
