Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per annum + 10% bonus, flights and accommodation.

Capstone are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded International Cost Consultancy. The business were established in London over 25 years ago, and since then have opened offices across the US and Asia.

The business are currently looking to relocate an Associate Director level M&E Quantity Surveyor to their Manhattan office due to being instructed to work on some of the most prolific and complex projects across North America.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to relocate or gain experience in the US, working on major infrastructure schemes, and/or with some of the world's most prestigious blue chip clients across the commercial, banking, retail and digital sectors.

About you

The successful Associate Director - M&E Quantity Surveyor will ideally have extensive knowledge of the commercial, offices and retail sectors, preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment.

Your key skills should include negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing, client-facing and presentation skills. You must have a degree in Quantity Surveying and/or be MRICS qualified, with a proven track record as an exceptional M&E Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor.
International applicants must fulfil the criteria of the E Treaty Visa which is required for this position.
