Your new company
You will work for a UK leading property developer in their Nottingham office. They operate across the UK, with a number of offices scattered across the country.

Your new role
You will work as a Development Assistant, working with the senior professionals in the team. The team procure sites and opportunities for development and progress them through to project completion. A sample of specific tasks to undertake or assist with:

• Site appraisals
• Design meetings and progression
• Record keeping and document distribution
• Reports and surveys for planning
• Planning permission
• Programming
• Contractor selection/negotiation work on a varied portfolio of schemes including PFS's, roadside fast food, budget supermarkets and PRS housing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in a construction/property related degree or equivalent, and have had exposure to a construction related work. You will be keen to work within development and develop your career within that sector. This client are open to Quantity Surveyors that are keen to move to a developer, or candidates that already have development experience. The ideal candidate will be career motivated, and keen to learn.
