Senior Project Surveyor

A specialist cost management consultancy with a close knit team are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can come in, grab projects and run with them through to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an ambitious team of Directors and Associates providing a full cost management service on a broad spectrum of Hotel, Commercial, Residential and Education schemes.

You will be joining a close knit team which offers limitless progression and an enjoyable atmosphere to work within.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A successful track record of running projects independently
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous UK cost consultancy experience
  • RICS accredited degree
