Our client is a market leading, private construction and property consultancy that has secured a number of NHS Frameworks that is filtering work through and as such they are in the enviable position of looking to take on additional Quanrity Surveyors / Senior Quantity Surveyors to assist in delivering these projects. These would range from new build through to extensions to specialist laboratories.

Our client is growing and this represents the perfect opportunity for someone to come onboard, take ownership of what they are doing and have a very realistic opportunity to develop, grow and lead a team. They actively support career development and encourage those who have ambition to push themselves further.

Due to the nature of the client and projects, you should have a demonstrable background in either working within the Public Sector, delivering healthcare construction projects in a Quantity Surveying capability or even leading a team.
