A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor/Party Wall Surveyor to join a boutique practice in North London.

My client is an independent property consultant who are looking to strengthen their building surveying department. They undertake projects in the commercial and residential sectors across London. Due to their professional approach and attention detail they have a healthy pipeline of instructions which has led to them expanding the team.

Predominately the work is Party Wall focused however other disciplines of building surveying services are required.

Responsibilities;

• Party Wall matters
• Project management
• Specification writing
• Tenders
• Dilapidations
• Defect analysis
• Reinstatement Valuations

Successful surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• 5 years + experience
• Strong Party Wall experience
• Client facing
• Full UK Drivers licence
