Estate Manager
This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic, experienced Estate Manager. Longleat is a dynamic Estate with many diversified interests. The Estate consists of approximately 9000 acres of land and forestry, a mansion House, residential properties, tenant farms and multiple commercial lets.
As Estate Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the “Traditional” Estate. Your focus will be on developing the commercial and environmental success of the Estate, maintain strong relationships with our tenants, contractors and service providers, whilst ensuring the Estate is a great place to live and work.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Estate, Property and Maintenance.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a stimulating and fast moving environment, and is able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders from the Leisure business. He or she should be a member of a relevant chartered institute (e.g. RICS or CIOB).
