Interim Senior Asset Manager

Our client located in Central London are currently looking for an Interim Asset Manager on a fixed term contract or day rate for a 3 day week. The position will run for 6 months and will allow you the opportunity to assist the Managing Director in the day to day management of the Portfolio, providing support in respect of commercial buildings, tenant communications, financial appraisals and any other duties. Those with commercial focused experience will be favoured, areas of responsibility will be to:-

• Enhance the commercial income and long-term value of the Estate through active asset management and refurbishment activities
• Managing buildings comprising all use classes
• Contribute towards the creation of property strategies
• Work effectively alongside the internal team and to appoint and manage external advisors across a range of disciplines where necessary
• Recommending opportunities to increase rental and capital value through redevelopment, lease restructures and tenancy changes.
• Assist with the collaboration of information and preparation of development/ refurbishment appraisals
