Head of Commercial Property Management, Bromley
An independent property consultancy that provides advisory services to investors on their property investment portfolios is seeking a Head of Commercial Property Management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor who is getting frustrated commuting up to London and to take ownership of the day to day & strategic running of commercial property portfolios across Greater London and the South East.
This is a 'hands on' role working in a small property team providing professional advice to private investors on their property portfolios.
This will involve:-
- Setting service charge budgets of multi let buildings
- Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals
- Provide advise to clients on 'value add' initiatives
- Stakeholder management
This is a good opportunity for a Surveyor to join a reputable independent property consultancy.
