Investment Surveyor

Are you interested in working as an investment surveyor/agent across capital markets? Would you like to move away from a corporate environment and have transactional/client ownership for an independently owned investor?

Blayze Group has been commissioned by a residential and commercial property investor/developer to resource for a surveyor from an Investment & capital markets pedigree. On a day to basis you will be providing property investment advice on a variety of investment types. The lion share of your work will be conducting acquisitions, disposals, asset recovery and restructuring, yield analysis, and tenant profiling. You will offer a personalised property investment service from secure low yielding investments to distressed high yielding opportunities.

This is an opportunity for someone to work in a business in a non-corporate environment, in addition to developing the companies own portfolio you will be growing clients' portfolios across the UK. This opportunity includes travel abroad to visit foreign investors up to four times a year. This role is ideal for someone who is commercial, financialy hungry and wants to develop client relationships both in the UK and abroad.
