A very interesting role has opened up for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a small, solid consultancy in Birmingham to work on multiple schemes across the West Midlands.

With a number of projects in the pipeline, this is a really great time to join the company. They operate in a range of sectors but there will be a strong focus on Commercial development work. Their solid client base which continues to grow, has enabled them to develop and strengthen each discipline offering high class services. Since their opening, they have secured a range of high profile clients and as a result have some very interesting projects running.

At this level, you must be MRICS Chartered and have previous consultancy experience under your belt. It will also be beneficial if you have experience as an Employers Agent. They appreciate that their employees have different lifestyles and as a result help you to tailor the right benefits package for you. They have some great out of office activities such as with fully expensed days out and great social events!
