My client operates across Hertfordshire and the North Side of the M25 they undertake projects for exclusive clients. You’ll manage refurbishment and maintenance programmes along with providing professional advice.

Responsibilities;

• Project Management
• Contract administration
• Employers Agent
• Party Wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Inspections
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Feasibility studies

Successful Chartered Building Surveyor;

• MRICS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing demeanour
• Driven/Proactive
• Full UK Drivers Licence
