Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Our clients are a leading professional multi-disciplinary building consultancy operating from a network of offices throughout the UK. As they continue to expand their Cost Consultancy division, they are now looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered QS with 1-2 years' post qualification experience to excel within a supportive environment offering excellent career progression opportunities.

The Role:
- To deliver cost planning and cost management services in relation to construction projects and in support of the project consultancy team in London
- To deliver and develop the cost consultancy service in the South East and expand the existing offer to key commercial investor clients within commercial office portfolios and high-end residential schemes
- Pre and post contract stages including feasibility studies, cost planning, reporting on tenders and agreeing final accounts

Qualifications/Experience:
- BSc Quantity Surveying (minimum of 2:1)
- MRICS qualified
- Must have experience in the Commercial, Residential & Logistical sectors
- Must be a good team player and also able to work autonomously
- Confident, client facing communicator both verbally and in writing
- Commercially focussed
- Capable of developing contacts to win new business
- Leadership qualities to assist in both team and office growth
- Be involved in creating successful new and existing client relationships through networking and business development
