Landlord & Tenant Surveyor - 6 month fixed term contract - £35k pa - 40kpa pro rata - Norwich & Cambridge
A leading International Service company is looking for a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to assist with a portfolio they hold within the NHS, experience within this sector would be preferable. You will be field based and the portfolio consists of mainly community clinics and surgeries, and the majority are very rural, you will be travelling around Norwich & Cambridge. It is preferable for you to have 2/3 years post qualified experience. Experience of rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears if essential. My client would like some who is able to start relatively quickly.
