MRICS Building Surveyor; North West - up to £28,000 plus benefits
A well regarded national practice is looking to enhance its current team through the appointment of a recently chartered building surveyor.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Working with both Landlord and Occupiers
* Project Management and contract administration
* Dilapidations schedules and negotiations
Ideally you have previous experience of working within a multi-disciplinary building consultancy team. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in the above areas along with an ability to assist with projects and coordinate a range of other commercial requirements.
