In this role you will be responsible for:
• Establishing a brief
• Scoping the project
• Reporting on progress whilst overseeing construction
• Feasibility reports
• Business concepts
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Good communication skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Experience in value engineering
• Proven project management experience within the commercial / infrastructure sector
• Advanced front end project management experience
• Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering qualifications
