Basic Salary £41000 per annum + commission and bonus (OTE £60k plus).
A multi disciplined surveying and estate agency practice based in Surrey and Middlesex is looking for a client facing RICS Registered Valuation surveyor with a minimum of 3 years PQE who is looking for excellent career prospects. The role is split between commercial and residential loan security valuations, other Red Book valuations and some landlord and tenant work. The majority of the work is in London and the Home Counties.
