Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor
We currently have an opportunity for an Employers Agent / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in a PQS firm in London.
Experience of contracts within the social housing sector and Partnering together with Employers Agent experience is required.
Working as part of a small support team duties will include:
• Full range of estimating, cost planning and whole-life costing
• Preparation of feasibility reports, Bills of Quantities
• Management of tenders and tender reports
• Financial management of projects on-site
• Agreeing final accounts and claims negotiation
