RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR - MIDDLESBROUGH (ZERO HOURS CONTRACT).
Our client is a well known surveying organisation providing residential valuation and survey services throughout the UK. They are part of a major national independent estate agency company.
Due to the retirement of their existing surveyor, they seek an experienced home-based surveyor to cover the Middlesbrough area.
The successful person will have their own designated postcode area undertaking residential valuations and Homebuyer reports. A proven track record in the local area is essential. This is an active patch with existing work.
You must be MRICS and a registered valuer.
Remuneration is by a fee share arrangement.
