This role is to join the Prime Central London and Home Counties Residential Valuation Team based the West End.
Role
To undertake Loan Security Valuations of individual assets, development sites and portfolios with a focus on the Prime Central London and Prime Home Counties market.
Responsibilities
Preparation of complete Valuation reports for Loan Security Purposes.
Support senior staff when appropriate
Managing client relationships
Inspection and measurement of properties
Liaison with clients
Quality control and consistency of work
Requirements
Proven post qualification experience in a London Residential Valuation team.
Experience and knowledge of the Prime Central London Market and of valuing Development Sites essential
Portfolio experience would be an advantage
Able to work alone and support other staff
Driven, able to fit into the Residential Team
RICS accredited Degree
Qualifications - MRICS
Specialist skills - Analytical, report writing, problem solving, good understanding of the residential sector
Circle/Argus developer (good level of understanding required)
Word & Excel (solid understanding and good level of experience)
Valid UK Driving Licence.
