The College also publishes CPD material, undertakes independent research on behalf of clients, and provides tailor-made corporate training for organisations in both the public and private sectors. This is an exciting and busy time to join the College; our current priorities are to work towards obtaining our own Taught Degree Awarding Powers (TDAP) and providing New Academic Offer (NAO) in our undergraduate and postgraduate provision.
As a CEM Tutor you will undertake teaching, learning and assessment duties across modules within your subject domain (statutory valuation, valuation and real estate) and across all CEM undergraduate and postgraduate courses of study. You must have relevant academic and professional qualifications and experience; if required we can support you to undertake a teaching qualification.
