Residential Property Manager

A Residential Property Company is looking for a Residential Property Manager to join the current team at the offices in SW London for a 12 month contract.

The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for managing stakeholders in providing day to day property management of their portfolio.

In order to be considered the Residential Property Manager MUST have:

·                    AST experience

·                    Knowledge of relevant Residential Legislation

·                    Up to date with current Health & Safety Legislation

·                    Full drivers licence
