A rare and hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre UK focused Acquisitions Director to join a well backed US Real Estate Private Equity firm. Based in the West End, you will be pivotal in positioning the Company as a market leader in the serviced apartments sector in the UK.
Job Role
- To plan and execute the strategy for the Company's entry into serviced apartment sector in UK.
- To source serviced apartment opportunities
- To undertake extensive market research and financial feasibility studies to determine the viability of the opportunities
- To build the model per potential investment opportunity on future rental growth and yield movement that is substantiated with robust reasoning
- To ensure that the correct due diligence is undertaken before a transaction is complete
- To carry out deal structuring and negotiations
- To track milestones and deliverables; sharing this information with key stakeholders and the Board
- To provide development funding advice to ensure value for money in terms of design, build, and return
- To work with banks and senior debt providers, providing finance to execute major capital projects and real estate acquisitions

Person Specification
- A relevant Professional qualification (MRICS)
- Extensive experience of working with multi unit assets, such as student, residential or hotel sectors
- Strong financial and modeling skills (Excel)
- Experience of working with large developments (over £12m)
- A good understanding of finance, with an insight into banking relationships and JVs
- To be decisive with credible business intelligence
